Most often we conduct the sessions by phone at a predetermined time which is good for both of us.  I’ll ask you to call in on a special private line so there will be no interruptions.  If you want me to review specific existing, marketing materials I’d prefer you mail them to me in advance so I can see them in their original form.

If you’re really pressed and need immediate help you may fax me your pieces.  However, if they are four-color I do not advise you do this.  You can prepay by credit card or mail us a check.  These sessions tend to move rather quickly so I’ll make a tape recorded copy for you so you’ll be able to review everything that was said at your leisure.  The tapes will be mailed to you the following day.
